accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 10se10 Retailer if you do not agree with all of the
terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all
Agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this app and accepting the Company's
terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to our Company, 10se10. "Party",
"Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and
consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most
appropriate manner, whether through app services or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the
Client's needs in respect to the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with prevailing laws.
Accounts
- Account Creation: In order to unlock and access specific features of the 10se10 Retailer platform,
such as managing your product listings or engaging with customers, you must first create an account. This
registration process requires providing accurate and up-to-date information. Once your account is created, you
are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username
and password. It is your duty to ensure that your account information remains private and secure at all
times.Any and all activities that occur under your account—whether authorized by you or not—are your sole
responsibility. You are obligated to monitor and control the access to your account to prevent unauthorized use.
10se10 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Should you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- Account Termination:10se10 reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account
at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these terms, disrupts the
platform, or poses any harm to other users or our operations. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in
fraudulent activities, misusing services, or violating applicable laws.We are not obligated to provide any prior
warning before taking action to terminate or suspend your account. In the event of account termination, you
forfeit any rights to access our services, content, or any data associated with your account. 10se10 will not be
held responsible for any consequences or losses you may face due to the suspension or termination of your
account, including but not limited to the inability to manage products or communicate with customers.
- This policy ensures the integrity and security of our platform, allowing us to protect our users and maintain
a trustworthy environment for business interactions.
Retailer Subscription
- Subscription Requirement: Once subscribed, retailers can continuously update the quantities and
availability of products listed in their store. This ensures that customers always have access to accurate
information about product availability.Only retailers with an active subscription can showcase their products on
the 10se10 platform, making them visible to potential customers who use the app to search for electronic
devices. Without a subscription, your store will not be included in the product listings shown to customers.
- Payment: Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. For example, if you choose a
monthly plan, you will be charged at the beginning of each month. Similarly, for an annual subscription, payment
for the full year is required upfront.Once the payment is made for a subscription period (whether monthly or
annually), it is non-refundable. This means that if you decide to stop using the service or downgrade your plan
partway through the subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time. The
non-refundable policy applies regardless of how much or little you have used the service during the paid period.
- Cancellation: Retailers can choose to cancel their subscription at any time through the app. There are
no long-term commitments; however, when you cancel, your access to premium features (such as updating product
quantities and having your store featured to customers) will end at the close of the current billing period.If
you cancel before the end of a subscription period (e.g., in the middle of the month for a monthly
subscription), you will still retain access to your subscription benefits until the current period ends.
However, you will not be refunded for the time between the date of cancellation and the official end of that
billing cycle. For instance, if you paid for a month and cancel halfway through, you won't receive a refund for
the remaining half of the month, but you can still use the subscription benefits until the end of that month.
Use of Services
- Permitted Use: By subscribing to and using the 10se10 Retailer app, you agree to utilize our services
strictly for lawful, legitimate purposes. This means that your use of the platform should align with all
applicable laws, regulations, and ethical business practices. You must use the platform in good faith to promote
your business, manage your products, and engage with customers in an honest and transparent manner. You agree to
adhere to all guidelines, rules, and conditions set forth by 10se10 in these terms and conditions. Any violation
of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the platform. 10se10 reserves
the right to monitor, review, and moderate activities on the platform to ensure that all users comply with these
obligations.
- Prohibited Activities: Engaging in mass unsolicited communications, including sending bulk emails or
messages to customers, flooding the platform with excessive inquiries, or using automated systems to bombard
users with irrelevant offers, is strictly forbidden. Spamming is not only disruptive but also damages the
reputation of the platform and can lead to legal consequences.Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part
of the 10se10 platform, including other users' accounts, or tampering with the app’s functionalities is strictly
prohibited. This includes introducing malware, viruses, or any malicious code intended to compromise the
platform's security or performance. Hacking attempts or other malicious activities aimed at disrupting our
services will result in the immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.
- Infringement of Rights: Engaging in any form of harassment, defamation, or abusive behavior towards
customers, other retailers, or third parties is prohibited. This includes sending offensive messages, spreading
false information, or attempting to discredit competitors by fraudulent means.
- Consequences of Violations: Any engagement in the above activities will lead to the immediate
suspension or termination of your account. In cases of severe violations, 10se10 may also pursue legal action,
report the activities to relevant authorities, and seek compensation for any damages incurred. We are committed
to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful marketplace for all users, and we take violations of these terms
very seriously.
Products and Transactions
- Product Listings: As a retailer on the 10se10 Retailer platform, it is your sole responsibility to
ensure that all products listed are accurately described and priced. This means that the product details,
including specifications, features, availability, and pricing, must be truthful and up-to-date. Misleading
descriptions or incorrect pricing may lead to customer dissatisfaction, disputes, and potential harm to your
store's reputation.Retailers must clearly communicate any promotions, discounts, or special offers. Any
temporary price reductions or product availability changes should be promptly reflected in the product listing
to avoid confusion for customers.
- Transactions: All sales and transactions conducted through the 10se10 platform are solely between the
retailer and the customer. 10se10 acts as a facilitator by providing the platform for retailers to showcase
products, but it does not participate in the actual sales process. Therefore, any contractual obligations or
issues, such as payment disputes, delivery delays, or product quality concerns, are the retailer's
responsibility.Retailers must handle all customer inquiries and resolve any transaction-related issues, such as
delayed shipping, product defects, or incorrect orders, in a timely and professional manner. Building trust with
your customers through clear communication and support is essential for fostering repeat business.
- Refunds and Returns: Refund and return policies are set and managed independently by each retailer.
Retailers must establish clear policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds and ensure these policies are
communicated to customers before the transaction is completed. Whether you offer full refunds, partial refunds,
or store credits, it is essential to outline these terms on your product pages to avoid confusion or disputes
later. Retailers are expected to handle refund and return requests promptly and fairly, in accordance with their
stated policies. If a customer raises an issue, it is the retailer's responsibility to address it, including
managing product exchanges or processing refunds when warranted. Failure to honor your refund or return policy
may lead to negative customer reviews, loss of future business, and potential removal from the 10se10 platform.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the 10se10 platform are
either owned or fully licensed by us, including but not limited to the website's text, images, graphics, logos,
icons, and software. This extends to any design elements, branding, code, databases, and user interfaces, which
are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. As the rightful owners or
licensees, we retain full and exclusive rights to all such materials, ensuring that the creative integrity and
innovation behind 10se10 remains safeguarded.Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the

permissions outlined in these terms.This license cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other party.

- Limitation:Under no circumstances shall 10se10 be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. This includes,
but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunities, or any other intangible
losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.Our total liability to you for any
claims arising from the use of our platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is
limited to the amount you paid (if any) for accessing our services. In no event shall our cumulative liability
exceed this amount. We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as service outages, third-party

to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the operational
jurisdiction of Zerotouch Ecosoft Pvt Ltd. This ensures a clear and consistent legal foundation, safeguarding the
rights of both parties involved in the agreement.
